I have over a decade’s experience supporting singers at all ages and stages - from KS1 students taking their first steps in the world of opera to young artists walking out onstage for their first performances at international houses.
My friendly and flexible approach can be adapted to suit your goals. My academic background in psychology and counselling means that I understand the importance of discretion in coach-to-client settings - the content of our sessions will remain confidential.
Zoom Coaching
Rates starting at £50/Hour session
I offer coaching on role and aria preparation on Zoom.
The dramatic side of role or aria preparation can seem overwhelming and is often neglected. I foster a friendly creative environment in which you will receive practical steps to help build your characters’ internal world, whilst being encouraged to find your own original ideas and interpretations.
These coachings are particularly recommended for singers auditioning for or attending a conservatoire for the first time, as well as those at the beginning of their professional careers.

Studio Coaching
Rates starting at £80/Hour Session
For those that would like to work on integrated stagecraft and performance, I offer studio coaching with an opera repetiteur.
One of a director’s most important jobs is to facilitate convincing performances. Studio sessions provide a relaxed, low-stakes opportunity to work on dramatic interpretation whilst singing. Play and move in space without the time pressure of rehearsals, or the fear of being judged by an audition panel.
Please note that I do not take on clients for studio coachings if they are already working with another director towards a performance of the same work.
